Law School to I-Banking?

Has anyone heard of someone going to law school and landing a job in investment banking? Is it possible?

I-Banking in Europe, easier to get into?

Countries I'm interested in... Austria, Germany & Switzerland.

How would I go about getting a job in one of these countries? Frankly, I want to get out of the US.

Do you guys pay federal income tax?

Can I tell i-banks to not deduct my wages for federal income tax and say that I'll deal with it? Otherwise I'll just move to a different country, I'm not putting up with this!

What kind of accounting do you guys use in investment banking, like what's the best area to study? I really suck at accounting and I hear that you need to know a little bit of it to run through financial statements. You don't need to know stuff like... LIFO/FIFO, various principals and all that stuff, do you?

Also, what financial classes should someone take to prepare themselves for I-banking? Just stuff like corporate finance?
