Do any BB's do supplemental hiring in the spring for FT?

I was wondering if any BB's or top boutiques hire anyone after the fall recruiting period. I currently have an offer, but it is not in IBD. I'm networking pretty hard and have been following up with some of my dad's contacts, which he initially did not want me to do. They want to help, but it seems I am having trouble getting through the Berlin Wall aka the HR/recruiting people.

Start FT at a boutique or Big 4 Valuation grp?

I'm graduating in May and have 2 offers for FT. The only problem is that neither is with a BB, which is where I wanted to start. I had an internship with a BB last summer in S&T, but wanted to do banking and not trading.
